PAYMENT POLICY

ACCEPTED MODE OF PAYMENTS

At Yato Tour, we provide convenient and flexible payment options to guarantee a smooth booking experience. We accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfers: Payments can be made via direct bank transfers. We will provide our banking details once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to include your booking reference number in the payment description.

UPI Payments: We accept payments via UPI (Unified Payments Interface), a widely used and secure payment method in India. You can easily transfer funds using UPI apps or platforms to our designated UPI ID.

Google Pay: We offer the convenience of making payments via Google Pay, enabling you to perform secure transactions using your Google Pay account. Just follow the provided instructions to finalize your payment.

Cash Payments: In certain instances, we do accept cash payments for bookings made either in person or through our authorized representatives. Please be aware that cash payments may come with specific terms and conditions depending on the type of booking.

Payment Policy

Please be aware that all payments should be made in the currency indicated on the invoice. Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your payment information, utilizing industry-standard practices to safeguard your data during the payment process. If you have any questions or concerns about our payment policy, do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

PAYMENT POLICY

To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance should be settled before the tour begins.

Please note that the prices displayed in USD/EUR for international travelers are for initial reference only. The final payment must be made in Indian Rupees according to the total amount specified.

For international guests who cannot complete online transfers, the full payment can be made in cash upon arrival in Leh. In these instances, no advance payment is necessary. However, it is essential to provide copies of your confirmed flight tickets for confirmation (this applies only to superior and lower-category packages).

When conducting international transfers, guests are accountable for any intermediary bank charges, SWIFT transfer fees, and convenience fees that may apply on both sides.
